Heat Of The Night
Released April '87 in the UK where it did nothing in the charts, the story 'across the pond' was very different. It reached #6 on the US Billboard chart (the only song from ITF to have any commercial success). It was also the first single in the US to be released commercially on cassette!

While watching Bryan in Charleston, South Carolina in 2008 he explained the inspiration behind the song. He was watching TV late one night, the film 'The Third Man' starring Orson Welles came on and it inspired him to write the song.

Live bonus tracks on the Japanese CD Single were recorded at the Marquee Club in London '87.
