06/03/04 - SOCIAL CENTRE, CRESWELL, SHEFFIELD

Review by Steven Stanley:
As we had been pestering the band to do a show more nearer us we decided we couldn't not go to this one! This was only half an hour or so from where we lived so it was ideal to get to! We couldn't find the centre for starters though because there were about 50 different ones on the same road (slight exageration but you get the picture!). Once inside though we got our drinks and joined the band, having a quick discussion about all things BA before the show.

They had a new lead guitar for the night as the usual one couldn't make it and he did a fine job. The crowd loved the band from the moment they started playing and by the end of the night it was a drunken frenzy and the band took the show to the dancefloor in a kind of makeshift b-stage way! It was kinda funny!

<< The stand in lead guitarist did a fine job!

A lot of great songs were played once more and the highlight of the night was when Stuart did a solo version of 'When The Night Comes' for us! Top stuff!
