Bryan pops into the Riverside Studios to perform '18 Til I Die' as he was in town for the MTV Awards the night before. The performance wasn't to promote the single as it wasn't due out for another 5 months! At the point of performance Chris Evans announced the album '18 Til I Die' had sold 4 million copies!

This performance made it onto the b-side of some CD Single releases of '18 Til I Die' in April '97.
